ABOUT THE SPACE

It’s a coffee shop during the day, and an event venue with capacity of 45 people after business hours.  Nice and relaxing atmosphere for meetings and events. Tables, chairs and bar seating available.  

Book our venue for birthday party, bridal or baby shower, game night, or family gatherings. The space is ideal for small events or meetings.

EVENT PRICING

· $75 per hour /minimum 2 hours/ *Pricing is for space only

· $50 cleaning fee

· Coffee, water & donuts are available upon request for an additional fee/see us for pricing

· Barista available to host your event upon request - $15 per hour plus gratuity

GENERAL RULES

* No smoking in the cafe

* No pets allowed / service pets only

* Furniture must be moved back to where you found it

* Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

* Guests must remove all food and drinks brought in for the event

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible - Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event’s start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
